Dennis's Meaty Cheesy Things

Okay, I stole the recipe from Dennis and probably shouldn't whore it out like this, but you really need to make these at least once...

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Italian Sausage
1 lb Velveeta Cheese Cut Into Small Cubes
1 Yellow Onion;Diced
2 Italian Seasoning
2 Party Rye Bread

Preparation:

Saute the beef, sausage and onions in a pan. Drain off the fat. Add the Italian Seasoning & Velveeta. Keep at a low heat and continue to stir until the cheese is completely melted. Spoon on to party ryes, makes about 30 [Ed's note: the 2pkgs rye may be a bit much]

Can be made ahead and frozen, reheated unter broiler.
