EVIL DICK
Evil Dick is a temporary syndrome that afflicts otherwise normal males. To better understand the term, we must understand its origin. The term comes from a song in which the male protagonist is urged by his phallus, the "Evil Dick," "Don't sleep alone, don't sleep alone, don't sleep alone." For some reason, the male breaks from his typical behavior and orients on Power Thought:Sex...now! He will resort to charm, guile, bribery and petty tricks to woo some woman into his bed. These tricks are fortunately apparent to the watchful woman or man.
SLIME MONSTER
For the slime monster, Power Thought:Sex...now! is a permanent state. He feels no remorse about leaving his former conquest in search of a new one. Slime Monsters have no intention of settling down with any woman for any amount of time. SM often resorts to the same tricks as ED, but is far more polished. While SM is a small part of the population, he is extremely dangerous. He, fortunately, has two Achilles heels: He has zero persistence, going for instant gratification; and he can be spotted by most women and instantly triggers male's "spider-sense:Slime Monster".
For ED, this condition goes away usually after his conquest. He often feels remorse over his actions, especially if he was doing it behind the back of a S/O. There are even odds that the ED will build a simple fling into a workable relationship.
Slime Monster has no such qualms. F'em and forget 'em is his motto. With luck, the name of his previous conquest will be remembered, but this is rare.
For treatment, the ED must either be sated or restrained until it passes. Current S/Os, former S/Os, potential S/Os, and several fifths of Jack Daniels all are effective means to this end. The only solution to SM's condition is a bullet through the head or immasculation. Unfortunately, both are illegal and difficult without the cooperation without the consent of the SM (which is most likely not obtainable). The best course of action is to keep everyone as far away from him as is possible.
