A fan to aid in drying (depending on local climate conditions).
A large bowl for mixing paste

Copious drugs and alcohol, loud rock and roll music to pass the time
Roughly a month of construction time for one plus occasional helpers
Please to note that making large-scale paper mache objects is messy o-hella, so make sure that everything in the general proximity of the wall can either be thrown in the wash or thrown away. Getting hardened paste off e.g. concrete will make you an unhappy camper.
